Studio
Report design for Korean board rooms
We are a small Incheon studio focused on one deliverable: quarterly performance material that directors can read without a presenter in the room.
Registered business
Alderpath Analytics Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 at our Nam-gu office in Incheon. We work with CFO offices, board secretaries, and investor relations teams across Greater Seoul and Busan on recurring quarterly engagements.
Founder Jung Dohyun started the studio after twelve years in corporate reporting roles — first at a shipbuilding subsidiary, then at a regional bank's investor relations unit. The practice grew from helping former colleagues tighten their board packs before audit season, not from selling software or subscriptions.
How we work
Each quarter follows the same rhythm: intake call, metric definition sheet, draft charts with commentary, executive summary integration, one revision round, print proof. We meet clients at our Mirae-ro office or at their premises when binders and printers need to be checked on site.
We do not extract data from ERP systems or sign audit opinions. We take the figures you provide, ask where definitions changed, and design the visual narrative around your governance calendar.
People
Min-jun Park — Lead chart designer. Former financial analyst; handles variance bridges and segment charts.
Soo-yeon Han — Editorial and layout. Writes executive summaries and manages print proofs.

Values we hold in client work
Definition before decoration
We ask how each KPI is calculated before choosing a chart type. A pretty slope graph means nothing if the denominator changed mid-quarter.
Print is the final audience
Most board packs still arrive in binders. We proof on office-grade printers, not only on calibrated screens.
One revision, planned
Revision rounds are scheduled, not open-ended. That keeps your team focused on substance rather than endless layout tweaks.
