These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at panel-alderpath.click (the "Site") operated by Alderpath Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Alderpath Analytics," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

The Site describes professional report design and data visualization services for corporate governance materials, including quarterly board performance reports. The Site is informational. Engagements are formed only by written estimate acceptance and separate service agreement, not by form submission alone.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or requesting our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the Site in a manner that impairs performance, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.

3. Intellectual property

Site content — text, layout, branding, and graphics — is owned by Alderpath Analytics or used under license. Deliverables under a paid engagement are governed by the project agreement; until payment and delivery terms are met, all draft materials remain our property.

You may not reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without written permission.

4. Estimates and pricing

Rates shown on the Site are starting points. Binding fees appear only on written estimates we issue after reviewing your materials. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our scope or timeline capacity.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Alderpath Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or reliance on informational content.

Our liability under any accepted engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific project, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from Site use or pre-contractual inquiries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
