What quarterly report work costs
Fees depend on chart count, commentary depth, and whether we attend a print proof on site. Figures below are starting points — we confirm after reviewing your prior quarter pack.

Factors that change the estimate
- Chart count: Packages assume 12–18 KPI charts. Each additional chart set adds roughly ₩180,000–₩250,000 depending on complexity.
- Commentary depth: Full variance narratives on every chart versus summary notes on selected metrics.
- Language: Bilingual Korean/English executive summaries add one week and approximately 15% to the base fee.
- On-site proof: Attending your office printer test in Greater Seoul: ₩350,000 per half-day, plus travel outside Incheon.
- Rush timeline: Less than three weeks to board date may incur a 20% rush surcharge if we can accommodate the schedule.
Retainer option
Clients who commit to four consecutive quarters receive a 10% reduction on the quarterly board report fee, invoiced per quarter. Retainers require a signed annual letter of engagement and do not roll unused quarters forward.
