Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to professional report design engagements accepted by Alderpath Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Alderpath Analytics"). It does not cover products we do not offer — there are no subscriptions, digital downloads, or automated checkout on this Site.

1. Deposits and invoicing

Quarterly board reports and annual compilations typically require a 40% deposit upon estimate acceptance, with the balance due on delivery. Executive briefing decks and chart redesign commissions may be invoiced 50% at start and 50% on delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellation by client

• More than 14 days before scheduled start: deposit refunded minus ₩200,000 administrative fee, unless work already begun.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% of deposit retained.
• Less than 7 days before start: deposit retained; additional fees may apply for work already performed.

3. Rescheduling

Board date changes are common. If you notify us at least ten business days before a scheduled draft delivery, we will adjust the timeline once at no charge. Subsequent moves may incur ₩350,000 replanning fee if designer hours were reserved.

4. Refund eligibility after work begins

Once draft charts or commentary are delivered, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply only if we fail to deliver agreed scope and cannot remedy within a reasonable revision period.

5. Non-refundable items

• On-site print proof visits already performed
• Rush surcharges where work was delivered on the agreed rush timeline
• Third-party costs prepaid on your behalf (specialty printing, courier)
• Revision rounds beyond the one included round in standard quarterly scope

6. No-shows and missed approvals

Missed intake calls without 24-hour notice may shift your timeline and incur ₩150,000 rescheduling fee. Delayed client approvals that cause missed board dates are not grounds for refund of completed work.

7. Cancellation by Alderpath Analytics

We may cancel an engagement if intake materials are not provided, if requested scope requires unauthorized audit sign-off, or if timeline is impossible despite good-faith effort. In such cases, any deposit minus work performed is refunded within fourteen business days.

8. Refund process and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days of written approval. Email info@panel-alderpath.click with your invoice number and reason for request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
