What clients say after the board meeting
These notes come from quarterly report and chart commissions completed between 2024 and 2026. Names and sectors are used with permission; minor details are adjusted for confidentiality.
"The revenue bridge chart finally showed where FX hit us — our chair asked one question instead of six. The footnotes were dense but readable; I would have trimmed one paragraph on segment mix."
— Ji-hoon Lee, CFO, mid-size logistics firm, Bucheon · Quarterly Board Performance Report, Q3 2025
"We sent our old charts and got back something that actually fit our binder tabs. Soo-yeon caught a unit label error we had carried for two quarters. Turnaround was on schedule, though I wish we had sent definitions earlier."
— Eun-ji Choi, Board Secretary, regional healthcare group, Suwon · KPI Chart Redesign, January 2026
"The management committee deck was twelve slides, no filler. Min-jun joined our rehearsal call and moved one chart to an appendix — good call, even if it stung at first."
— Tae-woo Kim, IR Manager, industrial components manufacturer, Incheon · Executive Briefing Slide Deck, February 2026
Extended note: annual review compilation
A manufacturing client near Ansan needed four quarters merged into one annual board document for a March governance meeting. Prior quarters had been prepared in-house with inconsistent colour coding and footnote styles.
We standardised twelve recurring KPIs, rewrote year-over-year commentary, and produced a 48-page print proof. The client requested one extra revision on the cash flow section — included within scope. Delivery was six days before the board date.
