How a quarter becomes a board pack
Our process is fixed in sequence but flexible in depth — a twelve-chart pack and an eighteen-chart pack follow the same weeks, with different hours inside each stage.
Discovery and definitions
Week one: intake call with CFO or board secretary, review of prior quarter PDF, and a metric definition sheet. We note where calculations changed, which segments merged, and which KPIs the chair reads first.
Chart drafting
Week two: first-pass charts with variance annotations. We send a low-fidelity PDF for structure approval — not colour-polished yet — so your team can flag missing cuts or wrong denominators early.
Executive summary integration
Week three: written summary pages tied to the approved charts. Commentary references chart numbers and page tabs so directors can cross-reference during the meeting.
Revision and print proof
Week four: one structured revision round, final layout, and print-ready PDF. Optional on-site proof at your office if binders and office printers differ from our studio defaults.
